I get it. Life can be hectic, and finding the time for your health can feel impossible. I've been there—balancing motherhood, work, and my own health struggles. I understand the challenges, doubts, and moments of frustration that can come with wanting to make a change.
With over eight years of experience as a Pilates instructor and nine months as a personal trainer, I've learned a thing or two about helping women like you transform their lives.

I believe I get more out of a 1:1 reformer session with Hannah than I would by going to a gym. It would be great to grab some dumbbells, but I always recommend anyone starting exercise or returning after a break to start with just your body weight. Ease back in ? Sometimes we use chairs, yoga blocks (or a book) and a booty band but all exercises can be done with no equipment. That way there is nothing stopping you ?
Yes. You will complete a health check form and we can chat through any injuries and concerns. If you are signed off by the Doctor, we are good to go. I always provide modifications in classes. Any move can be adapted or there is always an alternative exercise.
This is easy an easy one to answer. With 3 coaching sessions a week, the WhatsApp support group , quick daily check ins and me as your coach I have no doubt in my mind that you will be able to stay on track and reach your desired goals just like the existing Huddle girls have and are. You will have good and bad days, but the coaching is designed to help you through the shit days and move onwards and upwards. Progress over perfection all day long ?
Absolutely, mix it up. You can enjoy our short effective online workouts live or on demand whilst continuing a in person class. Keep doing what you love.

All classes are 30 minutes and recorded for catch up. COMING SOON – Bitesize workouts, 10-minute express on demand classes.
YES, you may have to dig deep to begin with and plan things a little better, but I find that busy women who join the coaching find it improves their life so much that they don’t want to leave. All the online content is short so you can catch up without feeling overwhelmed.
